Perpignan low cost short term city parking required

Does anyone have a property in Perpignan where we could park our car for 3 weeks in March and possible future dates? Alternatively has anyone used a low-cost carpark in the city? We would love to discuss options...including mutual benefit! We have a house near Prades.
