Manchester to Bezier flights June 2020 + Canal du Midi

Hi,
This is a bit of pre-planning for a trip on the Canal du Midi next June.
Can we expect the flights from Manchester to be on Thursday and Saturday afternoons as at present?
That is with Brexit and Ryanair's whims not withstanding.
There is currently an advance booking deal with Le Boat that knocks off 30% if we book by the end of the month.
Of course, that's not to say that there won't be the same deal for months to come...
If anyone has any practical advice on booking these canal trips it would be most welcome.
We will be three couples requiring 3 cabins each with en-suites.
