Bus from St Cyprien CC to Argeles May, June and Sept

I’ve been told there is a 1 euro bus from St Cyprien number 422 that operates outside July and August. The final bus stop seems to be Argeles Aire Multimodale but I need to travel closer to the Centre of Argeles so my question is can I get a bus from Reso Aire Multimodale and if so what’s the number.
