The road from Millas to Thuir

According to the newspaper, the road closure operates from 8h30 to 17h. As I tried to drive along it at 17.45 on Monday, I can certify that this is wrong and it is completely barred at Port d'Espagne. Roll on March 12 when it's supposed to open.
