I know that the title is "Markets in the PO",Kate,but it might be handy to mention some of those just over the border in Spain. eg

Figueras... Thurs

Port Bou... Fri

La Jonq. .....Sun

Roses...Sun

Spanish markets have a good deal of tat on them (who buys all those cheap shoes/clothes?),but prices are noticeably lower than french ones.
