Dont need an appointment for Dr Sautai in Argeles but he is not there today. He should be there 9 till 1 on Monday. I think Dr Guyot is there today, he requires appointments. Dr Alchier (sp) of the same practice no appointment needed. All speak English although Dr Sautai is the best.

I like oysters it is the thought of mixing the beef and oysters. I imagine that oysters are a little like anchovies in that the melt when cooked.

You would need to go Marj & Richards Store to buy the suet or ask a friend who is going to Uk to bring you back some. The basin, any household store or supermarket household aisle. No oysters for me!

I use Curry Pax who make their own pastes and rubs using the best fresh spices. They live in Languedoc Rousillon and everything is available by mail order. One point you make is very interesting, more than the rest. It is that the insurance covers other drivers. I have always been told that french insurance covers any driver but that person must be a full time resident in France and not a visitor. I will have to check with the company I use.
