Also if Avis have a Facebook Page make a nuisance of yourself. I had a problem with Hertz who charged me for damage I didn't cause. I posted daily on their FB Page complaining about them and all monies were refunded.

Thank you Jonathan. No, I knew, and still only know little about Facebook and computers. My little knowledge comes from my underused computer at work and the patience of my secretaries over the years. Life is a learning curve with many changes and we must change with it or be left behind. My little ...

If you have the old original paper licence Sue and no Card ID then yes it is still valid. It is people like me who have the card ID + paper licence that are affected. They are doing away with our paper licence leaving just the Card ID. All our points (if any) will then be stored on a computer hence ...

What if you do not have a computer and have no idea how to operate one? What if the computer has crashed at home and you have no access to internet facilities. What if the car hire system has crashed on the day you arrive or come to that the DVLA system. :?:

I toast my muffins so they aren't soggy. The Marie Blachere sells the best baguettes that I have had in the 9+ years I have lived here. In Argeles it is between The Shanghai, chinese restaurant and Gifi. It must be the baguette Marie not the ordinary baguette.

Well my taste in muffins must be as bad as my taste in wine. We had a muffin toasted and filled with Tim's bacon yesterday for lunch and to be honest I could tell no difference from those I would sometimes buy in the UK.

I'm fascinated. Do you put it on your cereal. I'm addicted to muesli and porridge (not at the same time) but you can't eat the oat bran on it's own with milk or yoghurt can you as it's fine.
