Would also recommend the Roy Toqué (as above). Very clean and modern, food good (but not outstanding) but most important for elderly chappies and chapesses in this weather, it is air conditioned. Taking my Dad there this weekend just to get him cool!!

Yes, would recommend Jacque Respaut
3 rue Citadelle 66740 LAROQUE DES ALBERES - Phone: 04 68 89 30 98
He hasnt hurt me (yet - and I am a real big baby where dentists are concerned) and speaks excellent English if you need it.

I know this is going to sound like a really silly question (similar to someone who asked me recently why the region was called the Pyrenées-Orientales!) but how do they know if you bring your car to France? Does it beep or cut out if you try and cross the border  or are you just talking from a...

Quite the opposite - you must always post when and where you have a stall. It would be scandalous to deprive people of the chance to taste such yummy looking (and you did say calorie free didnt you?) cakes!

I take on board what everyone says about 'supermarkets sell food etc etc' I don't agree. I think that if somebody is selling you something they should take on the responsibility of ensuring it works properly, whether it's a computer from a supermarket or a lamb chop from an electrical shop! I recen...

Le Chaudron Magique, Céret

Received by email Céret has traditionally been well served by restaurants. The classy newcomer, Le Chaudron Magique, just a short stroll down Rue St Ferréol from the heart of the town, is a really mouth-watering addition. Don’t be put off by the rather daunting entrance corridor. Within yards, you’...
