Before I wrote this short article, I visited the police and fire stations in Le Boulou. Both told me that 112 was international, and they should be able to put you through to an engllish speaker.

Would also recommend the Roy Toqué (as above). Very clean and modern, food good (but not outstanding) but most important for elderly chappies and chapesses in this weather, it is air conditioned. Taking my Dad there this weekend just to get him cool!!
