I hope you do not mind me asking this question,Sue and Paul,but when Dr Mouttet did Pauls hip,how did the finances work(particularly as you had only just arrived here)?Was it a cash job,paid for by insurance(Fr or GB),or sorted by the GB NHS,via the CPAM?
