Cmu is for people who are under a certain monthly revenue, most working people are not entitled to it ( even unemployed ). 100% healthcover is not obligatory for the people who work and live here so not sure they could refuse someone residency if they haven't got this.

I think the only place you can contact would be the spa perpignan. They have people they can send out to check up on reports of animal abuse. (If they want to of course). Ibwould recommend that you do not go near it as patous are known to attack anything that get near the sheep. Have taken sheep up ...

In this area work is hard to find for french speakers , even as cleaners , you might beable to find for the summer months but would not beable to live on your earnings in ...

It will depend on how long you are planningvto stay on the land, in certain areas camping cars and caravans are not allowed to stay on a plot of land for more than 3 months(or less). Many people have fallen into the the trap of buying a terrain de loisirs thinking they can put what they want on ther...

I would take a copy of the bail that you did for the tenant , that way you can prove at what date they moved in and if there was a tenant before that who moved out before the 1st january2013 then the proof for that as well. Then it will be up to the tresor public to decide how much is owed as it was...
