garage / exhaust centre needed urgently.

Hi.
We need a new exhaust and we're driving back to UK this week. Does any one have any ideas where we can get one fitted quickly at reasonable cost? is there a KwikFit type place in the Arles sur tech/ Ceret/ Le Boulou area?
Thanks

Orange I've been tango'd

Please can someone tell me how I get through to report a fault on my phone line using internet chat. I get a constant crackle on the phone, frequent internet interrupts and when it rains, I loose everything completely until it dries out. The English speaking number doesn't work (always too busy - "p...

Just to add to the mix: Whilst researching changing our UK internet service provider I discovered that, according to BT Customer Options Department, the BT Everywhere app for PC & Mac (through internet browser - not Chrome) and on IOS and Android will ALL work in France (and possibly other countries...

There's not enough international commuters to make a local co-operative workable where we are. We are in a very small and remote village. The airport person I spoke with didn't really inspire me with much confidence. It was difficult to tell if "there shouldn't be a problem" meant "there probably wi...

LONG TERM PARKING CARCASSONNE

Hi We are driving down from the UK at Christmas :-) and want to leave our car at the airport from mid January. The airport won't take advance car park bookings over he phone or on-line and the only assurance I can get is "there shouldn't be a problem". Obviously we don't want to make the trip unless...

We have used www.shipley.com on several occasions. One was transport a flat-pack kitchen from Chester to PO some years ago, which cost £300. It did arrive safely but 3 weeks later than promised.

Thanks for the suggestions . We have a printer, but the cartridges and print head dry out because we are not here to use it enough. A neighbour has kindly printed them for us. I think the Marie's office may also print them (next time) if we ask nicely.

Hi. We've just come over from UK (Easter 2014). We have found the new cabin baggage rules & seat allocation are actually quite good. We have not paid any seat booking fee and on 4 flights have always been put together. I think the trick is to on-line check in as early as possible i.e. on the 7th day...

I have just been quoted 120E for a ton of 'Alsina and mix" firewood (delivered) from a Catalan supplier, just across the border. I'm trying to estimate out how many steres that would be. Has anyone ever heard of, or even burned it?
