Thats what we use Malcolm, we download onto our ipad, then plug that in to a HDMI lead, voilà..watch it on the big screen.. so easy..

It is very worrying now as it has been over a week, but very strange that the car hasn't been found, so that could be good news, that she is off somewhere, but I am sure she would have let her daughter know....very worrying times for the family.

This is my latest info.. Quick update, an official search has now been launched by the police, French local news is covering the story. Police say her mobile phone has not been used since 26th October...the day she disappeared. Please share amongst any French friends in particular who may have links...

I have seen a few Mushrooms etc, not too happy about eating them. Can you still take them to a Pharmacie? they used to tell you if you can eat them or not.

What about an Apple Mac, we brought our Mac over with us, just had a disc drive replaced in France, but hubby bought a Apple Ipad in France, and thats fine. Also if you buy an Apple, any problems and Apple deal with it worldwide.

thanks Sue very useful...I even put a post on there myself.. :roll: but I didn't go back far enough when I was looking. So really no preference then, the UK one won't post to a French address, so may have it sent to my daughters then on to us..hopefully here in time for 11th July.
